★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OK food and drinks. Service was slow and almost non existent. Had to clean my own table, tables around me still had dirty plates on them throughout all of my stay there and it wasn't a peak hour. Poor place in a great location...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally a cafe in tokyo where there are more smoking seats than non smoking. Cozy environment and the staff speaks perfect english. Menu is also in english. Great stuff. My new go to place while the wife is shopping ?
