Went there 2 days ago and ordered the clam lunch special, got food poisoning ever since.
The service is amazing none the less.

The owners are very friendly, and the food is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute cafe on the walking route to kinkaku-ji. We just stopped for a coffee, which was remarkably good (try their mocha, you won't be disappointed), but they also have a full menu. Great location and a short hop to bus stops - also within WiFi distance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizza was perfect. It was so nice to have a U.S. comfort food that we even went to the back for dinner to have spaghetti. Pasta wasn't as satisfying but good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ awesome place, great service and delicious food. We (family of 5) can stringly recommend it. Its rather small and cozy, but we came there twice (around 6pm) and always found a table. The couple (?) is very very nice and friendly and although we couldnt talk much because of our bad japanese, we felt like friends after just two visits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wandered in yesterday evening to this delightful oasis. A nice place that wasn't noisy. The 3 of us each had a different pasta dish and there was Heartland beer on tap. All our pastas were very fresh and the flavours were great. There was a generous amount of sauce. All together a very enjoyable meal. We highly recommend it.
