The food was delicious and the daily life of the Swedish people told by the owner was very interesting. The photo is the Afoguard cup I bought as a souvenir. It is a 1930s item that the owner bought at an auction held in an old castle. The ice cream from the free farm I ate with this was also delicious.

Scandinavian Swedish restaurant Ingrid. A very calm place in the mountains with no houses nearby. A space where you can heal with quiet nature and delicious air in a spacious site. Ingrid is the name of a Swedish woman, the name of the owner's mother.

I stopped by during the touring of the motorcycle. I enjoyed the Swedish home cooking of the owner who is going back and forth between Sweden and Japan. I had a simple dish that makes use of the taste of the ingredients on the wooden deck. The location is also in the forest, so it is really relaxing. I was able to spend a good time, and I would like to stop by when touring.

I went to play with my parents on a hot spring trip in Nagano prefecture. Although I went behind schedule, the friendly owner was able to enjoy home cooking slowly. Salad with lots of herbs, soup with white fish and cream bean soup (I had them with my parents respectively. Is it steamed main pork? It was very soft and served with blueberry sauce and herb salt, but it was very delicious. The volume was about the same as Sweden ♪ It was enough to eat ♪ I had some time to check in at the hotel, so I had tea and cute panques while watching Scandinavian antiques. The black tea was surely fragrant Lady Gray, and the coffee taste was very easy to drink even for sharp women with no acidity or habit. I like American, so it's naturally darker than American, but it was very good. And one more noteworthy thing is the goodness of the tableware cutlery! We handle work-related tableware-related items, but we are generously offering good Scandinavian items to our customers. The casual soup plate is ARABIA's vintage plate, Cutlery with a design unique to Sweden and Finland. I witnessed a roll-strand plate and an antique cup saucer that I had never seen before. If you like Scandinavian and vintage antiques such as Lisa Larson, Costa Boda and Iittala, please check it out. Not all dishes are hard and durable like Germany, so this side has been worried about management. Although the lunch price is different from the city center, I was surprised at how cheap it was. Also, I definitely want to go there.
