Morning with plenty of salad is delicious. I don't eat much raw vegetables, so I get a little bit of it, but there are many types of mornings and I'm full from the morning.

Many local old people here for late breakfast feel really warm and sweet.
In breakfast meal, not too much but it do get full for me(but I think not for men), yogurt is nice and tasty, the salads is special to cook fried garlic, really like it, just pancake is a little dry.
