お気に入りです。ベジタリアン向けでありながら、美味しい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日替わりシェフのランチがいただけます。子ども連れで予約して行ったのですが、二階のひと部屋を貸していただき（その日はそのお部屋はなんと貸切状態で！）、のびのびゆっくり食事をとることができました。
You can have daily chef's lunch. I had made a reservation with a child, but I lent a single room on the second floor (on that day the room was in a charter state!), I was able to eat slowly.

カフェはシェアキッチンというのでしょうか、6〜7人のシェフが日替わりでランチの調理をされているそうです。
本日のランチは、あくびシェフの夏野菜いっぱいしらたき麺サラダ、サンラータン、ミニデザート(緑茶寒天と黒豆の甘煮添)。
サラダはベビーリーフ、レタス、さつまいも、とうもろこし、オクラ等が入りボリューム満点、しらたきもしっかりした味付けで野菜のおいしさを味わいながら十分満腹になったランチでした。サンラータンはさほど酸っぱくなくとても優しい味、身体が喜ぶのが分かるスープでした。
日によっては今日のようなビーガン向けランチがあるようです。

Today's lunch is Shirataki noodle salad full of summer vegetables by Akubi chef, sun rattan, and mini dessert (green tea agar and black beans sweetened).
The salad was full of volume with baby leaf, lettuce, sweet potatoes, corn, okra, etc., and the shirataki noodles were well seasoned, and it was a full lunch while tasting the deliciousness of vegetables. San Rattan was a soup that was not so sour and had a very gentle taste, which made the body happy.
Depending on the day, there seems to be a vegan lunch like today.
