あと、田舎なのでカラスなどの野鳥が印象悪いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅も近い、閑静、自然残っている。阪神淡路大震災後に建てられている。そのため、耐震補強が他のマンションより手厚く施されているので、強固でしっかりしている。初期に入居していた人たちが、安価に売却したため価格は低い。上下左右の生活音は殆ど聞こえない。管理人も数年に一度変わるので問題ない。
近鉄の管理会社が管理清掃行っているため、年数は古いが綺麗。
The station is near, quiet and natural. It was built after the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake. Therefore, the seismic reinforcement is thicker than other condominiums, so it is strong and solid. The price is low because the people who moved in early sold it at a low price. I can hardly hear the sounds of life up, down, left and right. There is no problem because the manager also changes once every few years.
It is old but beautiful because it is managed and cleaned by the Kintetsu management company.
