★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自粛期間でお弁当を買ったのですが、７００円の気まぐれ弁当、鳥のステーキ、牡蠣とほうれん草のバターソテイなどが入っていてめちゃくちゃおいしかったです。ご主人も奥さんもとても感じよかったです。
I bought a bento box during the self-restraint period, but it was really delicious because it contained a 700 yen whimsical bento box, chicken steak, oysters and spinach butter sauce. Both my husband and wife were very happy.

シンプルなハンバーガーが美味しいのはバンズ・パティのレベルの高さに加えて「煮たまねぎ」の存在が大きいと思う。程よい甘みが全体のバランスを取っている。なんといってもオススメは「切ったやつ」。これは一度作ったハンバーガーを切って、もう一度グリドルで焼いた一品だ。こんなことを考えるハンバーガー屋さんってないよね。実際に食べてみるとびっくりするのがその触感。カリカリサクサクなのだ。これはある程度牛脂を使ったパティじゃないと出せない味。ガッツリとお腹には来るんだけど、後味はそんなにしつこくないというのも面白いポイントだ。これをさらに進化させた「切らずに全部焼き」というもうよくわからないメニューもお願いすればできるようだが、まぁなんというか困ってしまうぐらい美味いです。また復活してほしい。
