 Is vacant. Upstairs seats only. Two cashiers and two ordering machines. Machines cannot use cash. No outlet, no smoking space.

最悪なのが店員態度
ただメニューを注文するだけで
仏頂面でめんどくさそうな態度で対応している
最高の接客を求めたりはしないが
接客業としての最低限は必要では？
接客教育等、まともにされていないようで
この様子では品質管理等も適当にやってるのでは？
と疑ってしまう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テリヤキワッパーを食べました。結構なボリュームでお腹いっぱいです。味は炭火で焼いたような風味あり割と好きです。
店内は新しく清潔感があり接客も丁寧。
駅直結なので時々利用すると思います。
I ate teriyaki whopper. I'm full with a good volume. I like the taste because it has a flavor like charcoal grilled.
The inside of the store is new and clean, and the customer service is polite.
It's directly connected to the station, so I think I'll use it from time to time.

普段ファーストフードのお店には評価しない人間ですが、驚きの連続だったので、今後に期待する上でコメントさせていただきます。
まず、ポテト。
焼き温度が低いせいか、しんなりしててめちゃくちゃ美味しくないです。塩はちゃんとかけてください。
パテの肉は、焼き過ぎでジューシーさが全くありません。
後ソース全然かかってないので残飯レベルでまずいです。
バーガーキングは、新店舗オープンでエリアマネージャーや本社の方のチェックは経ないのでしょうか。
普段北浦和店まで通っていて、待望の与野店でしたが、同じバーガーキングでここまで味が違うのは驚きました。
要望
トイレにハンドソープとアルコールを設置してほしい。
オープンしてまだ7日程度なので、今後に期待してます。

I don't usually appreciate fast food restaurants, but I was surprised by the series of surprises, so I would like to comment on my expectations in the future.
First, potatoes.
Maybe because the baking temperature is low, it's soft and not really delicious. Please sprinkle salt properly.
The meat of the pate is overcooked and not juicy at all.
After that, the sauce isn't applied at all, so it's bad at the level of leftover food.
Isn't Burger King going through the checks of the area manager and the head office when the new store opens?
I usually go to the Kitaurawa store and it was the long-awaited Yono store, but I was surprised that the taste was so different with the same Burger King.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マック?だったりカフェ☕️だったりしていた場所が、BURGER KINGになっていることに気づき行ってみました。スマホから予め注文しておいて、あまり待たずに商品を受け取り、２階の客席でイートイン。
京浜東北線の線路のすぐ脇で細長いお店。線路側も、駅ロータリー側も眺めながら食べられるし、きれいなお店です?
また立ち寄りたいです?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オープンしたて、店内とてもキレイ、イートインスペースは2階にあり、１人席もあります、スタッフは新人さんが多いので新鮮さを感じます（少しギクシャクしたりして）セルフオーダーシステムがあります。

お一人用の席があるので1人でも利用しやすいです。会計もタッチパネルで出来るので楽でした。
バーガーキングはアプリのクーポンの割引率が結構高いのでおすすめです。
ナフキンが2階の片付ける所になかったので置いて頂けるとありがたいです。
