★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 患者は病気や今の症状を判断する知識がなく医師を頼って受診します。
しかし患者の症状を少し聞いてすぐに 咳＝風邪 腹痛下痢＝腸内環境の乱れ と判断するのはプロとしてどうなんでしょうか。
患者の生活、学校の環境や患者の表情、もっと診たり聴いたりすることありますよね。
私の仕事上、できれば抗原検査を実施して欲しいと伝えたら《あなたの会社おかしい》とグチグチ言われました。そりゃ熱もなければ症状も軽く抗原検査対象ではないかも知れませんが、全く患者の気持ちに寄り添う医師ではないと確信しました。そしていつもの診断しか出来ない医師なんだと再確認出来ました。それだから、何人もの肺炎重症患者を見抜く事が出来ないんですよ。
私達がPCR対象になった際、私の会社はちゃんと職員の心のケアをして下さいました。またこれに対しての再発防止策、感染症蔓延の水際対策をしっかりしています。だからこそ、シビアになってしまうんです。それを簡単に《あなたの会社おかしい》と言わないでください。逆にあなたのお客に対する仕事のやり方おかしいよ。
最後に、私の友達と甥っ子も肺炎重症でしたがやっぱり見抜けませんでしたね。これからは他の苦しんでいるお客様に対して、簡単に風邪と診断しないで下さいね。お金を頂いているんですからね。

Don't simply call it "your company is funny". On the contrary, the way of working for your customers is strange.
