★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの訪問看護ステーションさんには、4，5年前くらいに利用させて頂きました。私の担当をして下さっていた看護師さん、またステーションのスタッフさんには本当にお世話になりました。
北里大学病院で主治医の先生、看護師さん、ソーシャルワーカーさん、ステーションの看護師さんとの治療方針やOTのこと、お薬管理のこと、生活面でのことなどを話し合いました。病院でOTに行く外出が難しいと思っていた私に自宅でも作業療法を出来る様に提案してくれたこともありました。
病院や訪問看護ステーションでの全面的なサポートで私の気持ちが少しづつ病気に対して前向きになったのを覚えています。
現在はこちらで担当して下さっていた看護師さんが定年退職をしたり、引っ越しなどで別の訪問看護ステーションさんにお世話になっていますが、あるふぁさんには感謝の気持ちです。
とても良いステーションでした。
訪問看護は主治医の先生、病院からステーションに依頼をするので自分では選べることではないようですが、訪問看護を利用することを言われた時には、自分の希望も伝えても良いのかな、と思いました。訪問看護あるふぁさん、ありがとうございました。
 I used this home-visit nursing station about four or five years ago. The nurse who was in charge of me and the staff at the station really helped me.
At Kitasato University Hospital, we talked with our doctors, nurses, social workers, and station nurses about treatment policies, OT, drug management, and daily life. He once suggested to me that it would be difficult to go to OT at the hospital so that I could do occupational therapy at home.
I remember my feelings gradually becoming more positive towards the illness with the full support of the hospital and home-visit nursing station.
Currently, the nurse who was in charge here has retired or moved to another home-visit nursing station, and I am grateful to one of them.
It was a very good station.
Home-visit nursing is a request from the doctor in charge and the hospital to the station, so it seems that you can not choose it yourself, but when you are told to use home-visit nursing, I think that you can also convey your wishes. I did. Thank you for visiting nursing staff.
