梅	梅干 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 混むお店と聞いたので予約してないけどもオープンしてすぐを狙いました。お店はあまり広くないのですがその狭さが隠れ家感があって好きです。カルボかオイルか悩みお店の味がでるカルボナーラを注文。しかも本場カルボナーラのものと通常カルボナーラと二種類あり好みもあると思いますがもちろんローマカルボをオーダー。案内して頂いたのがカウンターだったのですが、シェフのお兄さんが目の前で作ってすぐ出してくれます。その手際の良さと、お客さんが見てるからこそに綺麗に使われてるキッチンとあの狭い空間の横移動だけで切る茹でる炒める、洗い物そして出来立てをすぐに出してくれるので全く冷めてない！むしろ熱すぎて食べられない笑それくらい出来立てをすぐに食べる事なんてないので嬉しく、カウンターだからこそですよね。自家製生麺を使ってると聞き楽しみにしていたんですが、つるりと喉越しが良くてだけどもっちりとしていて私は大好きです。生クリームを使って無いのにパスタも凄くトロトロで卵やチーズの臭みも無くとても美味しく完食。スープ、サラダ、メインに更にドリンクも付いて大満足。ただサラダはもう少し少なくても良いかな？と思いました。カウンターですとスペース限られているので食べるのがゆっくり目の方だとスープ、サラダと来て食べてる間に手際よくパスタが出てくるとお皿だらけになってしまうのでランチの忙しい時間だとタイミングを見てメインを出せないと思うのでサラダを少し小さめにした方が良いかなーと思います。もちろんあのお値段なのにたっぷりサラダは嬉しいですけどね? ごちそうさまでした。次回はオイル系を食べにお邪魔します☺️ I heard that it was crowded, so I didn't make a reservation, but I opened it and aimed immediately.
