M	MASATO HageTake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長野駅の善光寺口を右手に出て、路線バスのロータリーに面した雑居ビルの３階が受付です。階段しかないので少々面倒ではありますが、料金が安めで清掃も良くされたきれいな車輌ですから、お得なレンタカーですね。受付や車輌担当の方の接客も丁寧で、気持ちよく利用することが出来ます。受付手続きが完了したら、ビルの裏手の道路へ車輌を準備してくれるので、そのままレンタル開始です。 Take the Zenkoji Exit of Nagano Station on your right, and the reception on the 3rd floor of the multi-tenant building facing the rotary bus. The staff were all nice people who also talked to me. I think I will use it from the next time onwards.

Office is located next to main Nagano train station (3rd Floor), not on main road but facing taxis rank. The pick up & drop off area is 2 blocks or about 200m behind the office. Great service, no problems. I would use them again.
