We showed up to Haneda without a reservation and Budget was the only company that would rent us a vehicle. Huan, the Italian guy, was extremely helpful. Incredible English. Saved us. They gave us a great rate and it was extremely clean. They even changed the navigation system to English for us. Drove the vehicle to Hakone and back on only 2,000 yen of gas. Return was fast. All the workers were extremely respectful. Will use Budget again when I return.
