稲荷山へ行く人が利用するかと思いますが、道路が空いているならここはスルー。かなり激しい渋滞のときは、前の道路が一方通行手前に当たるので帰りが超楽チン。けっこう歩くんだけど、渋滞と天秤にかけても歩いたほうが良さそうです。
奥の方へ停めるときは、バックして入っていくと良いでしょう。

I think people will go to the Inari mountain, but if the road is open here is through. When the traffic is quite heavy, the front road is in front of one way, so the return is super easy. I walked quite a bit, but it would be better to walk to the traffic jam and the balance.
When you stop to the back, it is better to go back and enter.
