ゆ	ゆた on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居日の前日に物件の設備が壊れていて使用できないことを知らされました。結局、修理に数日かかり、その間不便を強いられました。そのことについて電話で問い合わせをすると"入居後はウチではなく管理会社へ問い合わせてください""設備が壊れていることを知らなかった"と責任逃れのような対応をされました。あくまで仲介会社ということは理解していますが、住環境が整っていない物件を売り出すのはいかがなものでしょうか。管理会社と結託して、欠陥物件を売っている気がしてなりません。 The day before the move-in date, I was informed that the equipment of the property was broken and could not be used. After all, it took several days to repair, and during that time I was inconvenienced. When I made an inquiry over the phone about that, I was treated like an escape from responsibility, saying "Please contact the management company instead of me after moving in" and "I did not know that the equipment was broken". I understand that it is an intermediary company, but how about selling a property that does not have a good living environment? I don't feel like selling defective properties in collusion with the management company.
