★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 景色も設備の気品さもとても良いところです。コンシェルジュがいることもありますが、基本的に訪問先が決まっていればスムーズに入ることができます。夜景のほうが勿論良くて、サンシャインや首都高速高架などを階上から眺めることができます。

ブリリアシリーズでも旗艦的な位置づけで力入ってます。
コロナ中は共有部分が全滅しており魅力半減ですが、コスパにも優れておりおすすめです

タワマンの多くは業者用エレベータの使用を求められます。で、そういうところは繁盛時間帯には渋滞が発生、建物に入ってからお届けまで10分以上かかることも…。
ここはそういうのが無く、高層階へもスムーズにたどり着くことが出来るからありがたいです。
あとエレベーター待ってる間に外の景色を堪能することも出来ます。
I often go to deliver it with Uber.
Many Tawamans are required to use a trader elevator. In such places, traffic jams occur during busy hours, and it may take 10 minutes or more to deliver after entering the building.
There is no such thing here, and I am grateful that I can reach the upper floors smoothly.
You can also enjoy the outside scenery while waiting for the elevator.
