居住者に限られますが33F トップコートには、2つのSPA!が男女、日替わりで露天ぶろもあります。
お食事もできるバーラウンジからの眺望は昼夜景ともに素晴らしいです。レインボーブリッジ、東京タワー、スカイツリー、都心が一望できます。
キッズルーム、キッチンスタジオも充実。屋外展望デッキもあります。
ご家族がいらした時は、是非、4部屋あるゲストルームにお泊まり戴く事をお薦め致します！事前のご予約が必要ですが空いていれば連泊も出来ます。ウィークデーなら比較的空いている時が多いと思います。年末年始などは早めにご予約された方が良いと思います。
館内はホテルライクなやや暗めの内廊下、カーペット敷でとても落ち着いた感じです。
メインエントランスロビーにはコンシェルジュ常駐で色々と対応して下さります。大通りから一ブロック離れているので人通りも少なく、お庭を眺めながらロビーでのんびりする事も出来ます。
セキュリティーも完璧なので安心です。
お台場、東京ビッグサイトの湾岸地区、豊洲市場へも徒歩圏内。
現在、近隣では東京オリンピック施設の工事が急ピッチで進んでおります。
2020年が楽しみです。
 33F Building Tower Mansion.
Although it is restricted to residents, there are also two SPA! Male and female on the 33F top court, as well as a street venue on a daily basis.
The view from the bar lounge where you can dine is wonderful both for day and night view. Rainbow Bridge, Tokyo Tower, Sky Tree, city center can be overlooked.
Kids room and kitchen studio are enriched. There is also an outdoor observation deck.
When family arrives, we recommend that you stay with 4 guest rooms! Advance reservation is necessary but consecutive nights can be done if it is vacant. I think that there are many times when it is relatively vacant if it is a weekday. I think that it is better to reserve early in the year-end and new year etc.
The interior is very comfortable with a hotel-like somewhat dark inner corridor, carpet bedding.
In the main entrance lobby you can respond variously by staying concierge. Because it is one block away from the main street, there is little traffic, so you can relax in the lobby while watching the garden.
Security is also perfect so it is safe.
It is within walking distance to Odaiba, the Gulf Coast of Tokyo Big Sight, Toyosu Market.
Currently, construction of the Tokyo Olympic Facility is progressing rapidly in neighboring areas.
I am looking forward to 2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北西の向きからは、富士山→レインボーブリッジ→東京タワー→選手村→スカイツリーが一望出来るので、都内で一番景色が良いのかなって思います。
最上階の共用施設はバーやスパ等もあり、友達等が泊まれるゲストルームがあります。
ゲストルームも景色が良いので知り合いが住んでいるなら是非一度泊まらせてもらっても良いかも。
From the northwest direction, you can see Mt. Fuji → Rainbow Bridge → Tokyo Tower → Olympic Village → Sky Tree, so I think it is the best view in Tokyo.
The shared facilities on the top floor include a bar and spa, as well as guest rooms where friends can stay.
The guest room also has a nice view, so if you have an acquaintance, you may want to stay there once.

夕方はお台場湾の西方角…陽が沈む直前には空が赤く染まり、富士山がみえる時は絵のように美しい！

In the evening, the west side of Odaiba Bay ... The sky turns red just before the sun sets, and when you can see Mt. Fuji, it's picturesque!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スカイラウンジからの東京の夜景は言葉では表現できないような美しさでした。33階のラウンジ、スパ、ジム、オーナーズスイートからのビューがすばらしかったです。スパには屋外のジャグジーもあり、感動的でした。とにかく素敵なマンションです。このようなマンションに住みたいです。周辺はベイエリアだからこその水辺の美しい眺望が広がっています。最寄り駅はゆりかもめの有明テニスの森駅で徒歩8分、バス停までは徒歩4分、小中一貫校の有明西学園に隣接しています。非日常空間でのリゾートライフに利便性を備えた素晴らしいマンションです。
The night view of Tokyo from the Sky Lounge was so beautiful that I couldn't express it in words. The view from the lounge, spa, gym and owner's suite on the 33rd floor was amazing. The spa also had an outdoor jacuzzi, which was very moving. Anyway, it's a nice apartment. I want to live in an apartment like this. The surrounding area has a beautiful view of the waterside because it is a bay area. The nearest station is Yurikamome's Ariake Tennis Forest Station, which is an 8-minute walk, and the bus stop is a 4-minute walk. It is adjacent to Ariake Nishi Gakuen, an integrated elementary and junior high school. It is a wonderful condominium with convenience for resort life in an extraordinary space.
