I have eaten raw pasta many times in Italy, Tokyo, Yokohama, Osaka, Kobe etc, but this place seemed like a completely different food from the past. Things that were served are basically eaten but have been left. Even after our pasta was over, the tableware that was on the other table was not lowered, and the customer came in and panicked away. The pasta was chewy as it was, and it was very delicious. I was able to eat slowly in a nice atmosphere. The bucket attached to the pasta was very fragrant and delicious enough to make me want more!
