If you escape here when the tsunami comes, I wonder if the fence is likely to collapse and it is dangerous for children.

余所者からするとご近所さん専用に感じられました。
It's a very scenic place. However, it was a little difficult for people from other places to go because there was no parking lot.
From the perspective of others, it felt like it was exclusively for the neighborhood.

遊具は、鉄棒、滑り台、ブランコ、砂場(おままごと用に鍋とか置いてある)水道1カ所
A park overlooking Ichinomiya Town! If the weather is nice, you can see the horizon!
Playground equipment: iron bars, slides, swings, sandboxes (pots are placed for playing houses) 1 water supply

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外房線より海側にお住まいの人々の津波が来た時の避難場所に指定されています。
しかし、遊具は少しありますが、トイレや防災倉庫など見当たりませんでした。
一時避難 だけなら大丈夫です?
It is designated as an evacuation site when a tsunami of people living on the sea side from the Sotobo Line.
However, there were a few playground equipment, but no toilets or emergency warehouses were found.
It is okay if you only need temporary evacuation.

晴れた日は絶景です。
看板などは見当たらなかったので、事前に場所を確認した方が良いかも知れません。
ブランコと滑り台がありますので子供連れにもオススメです。
It was on the tourist map, so I stopped by on a road bike.
The view is superb on a sunny day.
I couldn't find any signboards, so it may be better to check the location in advance.
There are swings and slides, so it is also recommended for families with children.
