いくつかのお仕事をお願いしようと思ってたのですが、他をあたった方がよいみたいです。
I've heard over the phone and open hours, but I tend to ignore visitors. It doesn't feel good.
I wanted to do some work, but it seems better to hit others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらから見積り依頼をして我が家に来て頂き、数時間打ち合わせをして、2-3週間後に連絡すると言ってお帰りになられました、見積もりと提案を楽しみに待っておりましたがその後一切連絡がありませんでした。冷やかしだとでも思ったのでしょうか？失礼な対応に呆れて物が言えません。
I asked for a quote from here, came to my house, had a meeting for a few hours, and said that I would contact you in 2-3 weeks, and I was looking forward to the quote and suggestions, but after that I didn't get any contact. Did you think it was ridiculous? I can't say anything because of the rude response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回、発注には至らなかったものの、こちらの営業担当の方（高橋さん）の提案というか着眼点がたいへん優れていました。ひと通り打ち合わせを終えた後、当方は出かけたのですが、戻ってきた１時間30分後にもまだ計測をされていてその熱心さには、ちょっと感動しました。
発注していないのに、わざわざレビューするのもおかしな話ですが、書かせていただきました。
Although I didn't place an order this time, the point of view of this sales representative (Mr. Takahashi) was very good. After finishing the meeting, we went out, but I was a little impressed by the enthusiasm that the measurement was still done 1 hour and 30 minutes after I came back.
It's strange to review it even though I haven't placed an order, but I wrote it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ボックスウッドの資材が養生中のコンクリに突っ込みそのまま固まった。数日してみてみると適当な補修？がされたままで完了との報告を受けました。
担当者に確認を仰ぐと「向かいます～15分でつきます」との事。しかし待てども待てども来ない。結局45分して到着。理由を聞くと「想定外に道が混んでいた」からとか。Googleマップでみてもそんな渋滞は皆無。大体、メールで何度も連絡しても返信無し。
結局ハウスメーカー経由でクレーム入れてようやくやり直すことになった。しかし、今度は朝8時からはつり機でコンクリを砕き始めた。早朝から轟音が住宅街に響く。隣人にはまだ寝てる人もいただろう。近所から白い目で見られるので勘弁してほしい。
他の業者をあたったほうが無難です。

In the end, I made a complaint via the house maker and finally decided to start over. However, this time, from 8 am, I started crushing concrete with a fishing machine. A roaring sound echoes in the residential area from early morning. Some of my neighbors would still be sleeping. You can see it with white eyes from the neighborhood, so please forgive me.
It is safer to hit another vendor.
