★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長年愛用させていただき、また何度もこちらの店舗でお世話になっていますが、ある店員の接客態度がひどかったので二度とこちらの店舗では購入しません。
・薄手のストッキングを貸して欲しいと依頼しても対応しないだけでなく「普段履かれているものの方がいい」という。コロナでできないならできないで構わないが、今まで対応してもらっているので違和感。ただ単に面倒なだけでは？普段ストッキングで履いてるから聞いただけなのに。キチンと説明して欲しいです。
・サイズ違いで２足出してもらったが、履いても何もコメントしないどころか、どっちのサイズがいいか、この靴のデザイン・素材だとどのくらいの余裕があったほうがいいのか、など素人でも思いつく観点の接客をせず、突っ立っているだけ。
・フィッティングしても何もコメントしてこないので、自分で確かめるべく鏡の前で前かがみになってみたところ「試着なので（そういうことしないで）」と指摘される。
的確な接客があるならまだしも、最後の点については今まで同じ店舗でも、また他のブランドさんでもフィッティングしておりましたが、こんなこと言われたことないです。デリケートな靴であること、何足も持っているのでわかっています。そもそもプロとしてのコメントもできないで指摘するだけなら、フィッティング勧めてくるな！
忙しいなら百歩譲って、店舗に私しかいないのに・・・笑
残念ですが、安い買い物でもないので、嫌な思いをするくらいなら買いません。前はそんなことなかったのに・・・
こちらの店舗での購入はお勧めできません。
I have been using it for many years and have been indebted to me many times at this store, but I will never buy it at this store again because the customer service attitude of a clerk was terrible.
・ Even if you ask me to lend you a thin stock, not only will you not respond, but you will also say, "It is better to wear something that you usually wear." If you can't do it with Corona, you can't do it, but it feels strange because you've been dealing with it so far. Is it just a hassle? I usually wear it in stockings, so I just asked. I want you to explain it as a kid.
・ I asked them to put out two pairs of different sizes, but even if they wear them, they don't comment on anything, but even an amateur can think of which size is better and how much room should be left for the design and material of this shoe. I don't serve customers from the viewpoint, I just stand up.
・ I didn't comment on anything even after fitting, so when I leaned forward in front of the mirror to check for myself, it was pointed out that "it's a try-on (don't do that)".
If there is accurate customer service, I have been fitting the last point at the same store or at other brands, but I have never been told this. I know it's a delicate shoe because I have many pairs. If you can't comment as a professional and just point out, don't recommend fitting!
If you're busy, give up a hundred steps and I'm the only one in the store ... lol
Unfortunately, it's not a cheap purchase, so I don't buy it if I don't like it. I didn't do that before ...
