A delicious and favorite restaurant that goes once a week for lunch. The first opportunity was the renewal OPEN in August, and the ALL 500 yen signboard was a price setting that could not be done in Akasaka. e? Really? The clerk who called in was also standing and it was on the first basement floor, so honestly I was worried. However, eating grilled chicken salad is delicious! Pasta noodles are raw noodles, and tomato sauce is completely different from general sour sauces, and has a gentle taste that firmly traps the umami. The taste is deep, but not persistent. The sauce is entwined with the chewy noodles. I've never had a restaurant that serves raw vegetables like this, as salads are still good. What's more, the same vegetables are served in the same place every time, and I have to take off my hat because I am doing a really polite work. As you can see in the enlarged photo of the salad, it is a beautiful presentation with cut cucumbers, carrots and radishes.
