小さい割には高いと思いました。

店内はキレイで、美味しそうにケーキが並べられていました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ショーケースには綺麗なケーキが沢山並んでいてどれも美味しそうでした。
店内奥にはイートインスペースもあり、好きなケーキにプラス250円でホットコーヒーかアイスコーヒーをセットしていただくことができます。
悩んだ結果、チョコレートケーキをセレクト。
ムースとブラウニーが層になっていて、それぞれの食感を一度に楽しめ甘さも丁度よかったです。
駐車場はお店の裏に4台分ありました。

春にお花が咲くようにショウケースいっぱいにケーキが並ぶと嬉しくなりますね。( ´∀`)
ネージュ、雪の結晶､口溶けが素材の味を盛り上げるホイップ。
主にならずして素材を引き立てるホイップ使い(パティシエ)は､少ない。スゴ?
スポンジも雪が降り積もって出来た様な柔らかさ。
期間限定品は人気があり売り切れになる事があるようですのでお早めに?
天気の良い日は、ケーキを連れ出して高松の池でコーヒータイム?

デリスショコラはチョコ好きならたまらない一品。
クリームの滑らかさと下の生地のザクザク食感が組み合わさり、たまらない味になります。
タルトフロマージュは、タルト状のチーズケーキ。定番の味ながら、うまいなぁと思わせる仕上がりになっています。
北上店に知ってますとケーキの種類や内観の迫力といったところでどうしても見劣りするのですが、こちらも清潔感がありますし接客もしっかりしてます。
ケーキは400円台が多くて手軽に手は出ませんが、その分こだわりが見える味になっています。

私はもう少し甘くても好みかな、疲れてたし。
今は一時的に店内で食べる事ができず持帰りのみ。次回はお店で食べたいな。
