A	Atsushi Yamamoto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今まで食べてきたパン屋の中で、現時点でトップ３に入るくらい好きなパン屋さん。この場所に移転する前からちょくちょく買いに来ています。神戸はパン屋が多いので行ったことがないパン屋がほとんどですが、レベルが高い神戸のパン屋の中でもかなり美味しいお店だと思います。個人的にお勧めするのは、イズニー社発酵バターのクロワッサン（シロップあり）。さくさくで甘みが程よくて最高です。サンドイッチも具材が美味しくお勧めです。残念なのは店舗を移転した頃から、パンの値段が上がってしまったことですね。小麦等の原材料が値上がりしているみたいなので、仕方ないとは思うのですが、やはり客としては悲しい限り。特に大好物だったクイニーアマンが、かなりサイズダウンしてしまったのが、残念ですね。とは言ってもどのパンを選んでも味は間違いないと思うので、新開地付近に来ることがあったら是非とも買って帰ることをお勧めするパン屋さんです。いつの間にかPayPayが使えるようになっていました。割引キャンペーンが来たらお得にパンが食べられるはずなので期待してます！【2021年2月追記】いつの間にかメニューに追加されたチョコがけクロワッサンが最高に美味しいです。上品な味のチョコとサクサクの生地の組み合わせが良いですね。売り切れてる事も多く、少し高めですがお勧めです。 Of all the bakeries I've eaten, I like one of the top three bakeries at the moment. I've been coming to buy it often before I moved to this place. There are many bakeries in Kobe, so most of them have never been there, but I think it is one of the most delicious bakeries in Kobe. I personally recommend the Izny fermented butter croissant (with syrup). It's crispy and sweet, and it's the best. The ingredients for sandwiches are also delicious and recommended. Unfortunately, the price of bread has risen since the store was relocated. It seems that the prices of raw materials such as wheat are rising, so I think it can't be helped, but as long as it's sad as a customer. It's a shame that Kouign-amann, which I especially liked, has been significantly reduced in size. That said, no matter which bread you choose, the taste is correct, so if you come to Shinkaichi, I definitely recommend buying it and going home. Before I knew it, I was able to use PayPay. I'm looking forward to eating bread at a great price when the discount campaign comes! [Added in February 2021] The chocolate-covered croissants added to the menu before I knew it were the most delicious. The combination of elegant chocolate and crispy dough is good. It is often sold out, so it is a little expensive but recommended.
