A	Account Google on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ じゃがいも入りドーナツ(キャラメルチョコ、あまおう、チーズケーキ)、クラップフェン、ルネット、バゲットフィユテを購入。じゃがいも入りドーナツは噛みごたえのある強いコシの弾力で、中にクリームが入っていて、新食感！ミスタードーナツのポンデリングのモチモチも好きだけども、それとは違う今からめちゃくちゃ顎を使ってるなと感じるコシ。これにクリームが入っていなくて、あの厚みなら食べるの大変かも？！めちゃくちゃ好みで良い買い物したなぁと我ながら自画自賛の良い気分♪ どの味も好みだった。どこから食べてもクリームに当たる訳ではないのだが、上にもチョコがそれぞれかかっていて、甘さのバランスからすると、クリームの量も私には甘すぎず食べられるので、とてもちょうど良い感じ。クラップフェンは人生初。ソフトボールくらいの大きさのシュー生地を揚げた感じだが、ドーナツとは違い油を吸いやすいのか油っぽいのと、砂糖甘いので、私の好みではない感じ。知らないものを食べられたので、これはこれで満足。ルネットは焼いてから時間が経っているのとクリームが多いのとで、ペイストリーの食感は感じ難い状態だった。焼きたてはエッグタルトみたいでより美味しいのかも？？バゲットフィユテは、ハード系の生地に油脂を織り込んだペイストリー系生地のバゲット。これも初めての生地。今回、初見だったり興味があるのを買ってみて、概ね大当たりでうれしい♪ 特にドーナツは他ではお目にかかったことがないので、ドーナツ目当てに是非再訪したいと思う。 Purchased donuts with potatoes (caramel chocolate, amaou, cheese cake), krapfen, lunaette, baguette fiyute. M	Motoyuki Ohtake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日は三宿の本店に行ってみた。まず、気づくのは品川店ってスゲーなってこと。当然、こちらのお店が広いがほぼ同じパンが並んでいるのだ。何か、ここでしか買えないパンはないか？と思うが、実に同じパンが並んでいる。となると、普段は食べてないパンが食べてみたくなる。焼きカレーパン、クロックムッシュ、フレンチトーストと買ったが、美味しい。口の中の香りが良い。ちょっと柔らかいパンが多いように思うけど、一体感のあるパンが多い。気取らない身近な感じのお店だから、やっぱりいいな！ I went to the main store in Mishuku today.
