★ ★ ★ ★ ★ データ管理がされておらず、全て書類やカルテは手書き。リピーターの入居者でも毎回1から手書きで全ての書類を作成する。そのため仕事の効率悪い。なので超勤は当たり前だが、超過勤務申請してもほぼ通らないため無料働き。そのため職員は常に苛立っている人が大半。そのストレスを入居者にぶつけているのか、入居者の扱いがぞんざい。
ここの事務長も最悪で、退職後家のローンの申請の為に源泉徴収票の発行を依頼した際「あなたねえ、こっちは暇じゃないんだから辞めた人の源泉徴収票なんか作りたくないんだよ。」と電話をガチャ切りされた。

So overtime is a matter of course, but even if you apply for overtime, you can hardly go through it, so you work for free. Therefore, most of the staff are always frustrated. Perhaps the stress is being applied to the resident, and the treatment of the resident is awkward.
