It has second hand stuff at reasonable prices from clothes, camping gear, sports gear, books, cds, dvds, children's items, etc. Right off of Higashi odori easy to access. Parking is sometimes a bear but possible. Actually lots of books, but if you are looking for foreign books, there are just a little. Selling ther just as with any recycle shop, do not expect to get much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year 2019 Dec transfer from Chiba prefecture to Ibaraki prefecture and it's my 2nd time went at Book off Ami or Arakawaoki everything is cheap and staff named Mr. Endo assisted me, my son and my husband, he's nice and accommodating.
