★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 同じブックオフですが八千代大和田店さんでは映画DVDが系列店の中では550円以下コーナーDVDが趣味に合い優先しコレクションしている漫画を探して購入してます。
お店のイメージは、渋滞エリアなので自動車で行きづらい駐車場入って駐車スペース無い時は、悲惨です。

多くのものを査定しようとされた場合には、自動ドアを入ったすぐ左に、台車があるのでそれを利用された方がいいです。
DVD を CD、おおよそ 20枚程度が入るケースが二つくらいなら、それに要する時間は30分くらいかと。
店内で待つことも、一旦外に出て電話を持つこともできます。

If there are two cases where a DVD can hold about 20 CDs, it will take about 30 minutes.
You can wait in the store or go out and have a phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ブックオフオンラインで購入し店舗受け取りで初めて伺いました。
中身の確認して大丈夫か男性スタッフに聞いたらハサミも使わず、イキナリ、力ずくで開けてびっくりしました。
CDの傷は拭いてくれるのか先程の男性スタッフに聞いたら分からなかったらしく…
眼鏡を掛けたコブ○さんという、お局かリーダーらしい女性スタッフに聞いてて、
「そのままの受け渡しになるんで！中古なので傷は有るんで！ここで販売してないんで！」と何故か自分に怒り口調で
スタッフ同士の会話ような言い方で言われました。
こちらとしては
中古なのもオンライン商品の販売元も
違うのは知ってる。
何かしら対応してくれるかと
思って聞いた。と心の中で思ってました。
他店のゲ○や２ス〇リーは中古でも拭いてくれたり研磨かけてくれたり気遣いがある。
キャンセル出来るかも先程の男性スタッフに聞いたら、それも分からず先程とは違う女性スタッフに聞いていたが分からず…
結局コブ○さんにまた聞いてて「お客さんがキャンセルした言うならキャンセルしたんじゃん！」って怒り口調で自分に聞こえるように言っていた。
あの…貴女に何かしましたか？と思いました。
最終的にコブ○さんが対応したが
支払い金額が違っていた事に後々、気が付き…また戻るはめに。
あんな口調、態度されて支払い金額違うって…更にイライラしました。
戻ったら遅番スタッフになっていて
こちらの不満も分からないスタッフに謝罪され逆に申し訳無かった。コブ○さんに謝罪してもらいたかった。
オンライン対応はスタッフ全員が知っていた方が良いと思います。
