★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ブックオフさん自身に問題があるわけではないのですが、店内で立ち読みしている男の人は高確率で髪の脂の臭いが強いです。
それをブックオフさんもわかっているのでしょう、本棚の高いところに消臭剤が置いてありました
あと一応立ち読みは禁止されていないと思うんですけど
立ち読みしていると、わざわざ立ち読みしている人の近くで本の整理を始める店員さんがいました
普通の神経ならお客さんがいる近くで片付けはしないと思います
早く帰ってくれ、と言われているように感じました

While browsing, there was a clerk who started organizing books near the person who was bother browsing

I felt like being said to come back early

買い取りの際の声が小さすぎるのと早口過ぎて何回も聞き直しました。
たとえアルバイトでもゆっくり聞き取れる声で商売しないとブックオフのイメージ悪くなると思う。

店内の配置がひと昔の作りです。
書籍、雑誌が少ないです。
単行本、CDやDVD、フィギュアが多いのも時代の変化ですね。
全体的に高めの価格設定です。
今のご時世、なかなか掘り出し物は探せないですね。
