★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マナーの悪いやつが多い。入口にマスク着用って書いてあるのにマスク外して咳してる奴もいたし、最近(？)立ち読みはやめてって掲示されるようになったのに立ち読みどころか座り込んで読んでる人までいる。そいつの目の前の本が欲しかったので恐る恐る手を伸ばしたら舌打ちされた。何故マナーを守らない奴に普通に買いに来た人が嫌な思いをさせられなくてはならないのか・・。そして店員もルールを掲示するなら守らせるべきでしょ。ブックオフはルールを真面目に守る人には嫌な思いさせてタダで読んでる奴を楽しませたいっていうスタンスなのだろうか？
 Many of them have bad manners. Some people are coughing with their masks off even though it says they are wearing masks at the entrance, and some people are sitting down and reading even though they have recently stopped browsing (?) And posted them. I wanted a book in front of him, so I stretched out my hand and was touched. Why should a person who normally comes to buy be made to feel unpleasant by someone who does not follow manners? And if the salesclerk posts the rule, it should be obeyed. Is Bookoff a stance of making people who obey the rules unpleasant and wanting to entertain those who are reading for free?

ですが接客態度が悪すぎる。
スタッフ間でのおしゃべりに夢中でお客に気づかない
。無表情。無言で商品を渡す(こちらからお礼を言いました)。声が小さくて何を言っているのか分からない。中古品といえど商品なのに扱いが雑。在庫棚から出してケースにしまう時とても雑。
もしかしたらバイトの方なのかもしれないが客から見ればそれは関係ないと思う。
どんなモーションするにしても一言添えたりなにか説明があっても良いのでは？
もっと研修なり積ませた方が良いのではないですか。
今後の改善に期待します。

. No expression. Give the product silently (Thanks from here). I don't know what I'm saying because my voice is low. Even though it is a second-hand product, it is a mishandled item. It's very messy when you put it out of the stock shelf and put it in a case.
It may be a part-time job, but I don't think it's relevant from the customer's point of view.
Is it okay to add a word or explanation to any motion?
Isn't it better to have more training?
I look forward to future improvements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔よりは駐車場が広くなったので車が停められないと言うことは少なくなった。ただ小規模よりの店舗なので品揃えは悪くはないの域は出ない。108円商品がわりかし多いのでたまに探してた絶版ものがあったりする。夜間帯は客が少ないせいか店員同士の雑談の声が大きく静かな空間でのんびりとは探せないので、のんびり探したいならむしろ昼間のがよい。
Since the parking lot has become larger than it used to be, it is less likely that the car cannot be stopped. However, since it is a smaller store, the range of products is not bad. There are a lot of 108 yen products, so I sometimes find out-of-print products. Since there are few customers in the nighttime zone, there is a lot of chatting between shop assistants and it is not possible to find it in a quiet space, so if you want to look for it leisurely, it is better during the daytime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方の言うように、品揃えは良いが接客は良くないです…レジが混んでいるわけでもないのに挨拶せず、購入する商品を叩きつけるように渡す。他のブックオフと比べるととりわけ印象に残りましたね。とても残念です。
As others have said, the product lineup is good, but the customer service is not good. It was especially impressive when compared to other bookoffs. It is very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 割りと近くなので、たまに気が向いた時に寄る程度です。主に中古ゲームを見てますかね。漫画は割りと充実してるんじゃないかと…。BOOKOFFの利用があまりないので他と比べたり出来ませんが、感じ悪いお店ではないですよ！
It's relatively close, so I only stop by when I feel like it. Do you mainly watch used games? I wonder if the manga is quite fulfilling... I can't compare it with others because I don't use BOOKOFF very often, but it's not a bad shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ストレージコーナーに置いてある中古のカードをまとめて購入したい時に利用しています。1日じゃとても見切れないほどあります。
10枚で200円というのも嬉しいです。
I use it when I want to buy used cards in bulk at the storage corner. There are so many things that can't be seen in a day.
I'm glad that 10 sheets cost 200 yen.
