とあるCDも探しましたが、やはり無し！
雑誌やコミック誌は適当にあったようですが、ブックエースってこの程度の品揃えなのね？
売りにくい本やCDは、在庫になっちゃいめすからね 残念
やっぱり図書やCDはネットでの購入の方が良いのかもしれない

初回限定の本を注文したらノーマルを渡されたから！自分が注文したのは初回限定です！と伝えたら~理解されなかったから責任者を読んでもらったらぁ〜責任者は1回で理解して謝罪された！
4年前に
支払いが¥980円で5,000円出したらぁ〜お釣りが20円だったwwおかしいだろ？！と店員に言ったら！逆ギレされたww店長を呼んでもらって〜現状を説明して〜防犯カメラ映像確認！した後に謝罪されたが〜その店員は納得してなかったww

定期購読と定期購読レシートを要求したら〜定期購読レシートを知らない店員でコチラが説明したが理解されなかったので〜本担当の店員を呼んでもらって〜また！同じ要求をした！なんだかんだ15分経過ww普段の店員なら1〜2分なのにwwハズレの店員だった！

定期購読してるコミックスにTSUTAYAで購入者限定ペーパーが無かったので！確認して下さいと御願いしたら後日と言われましたw
そして！まさかの確認したら〜特典ペーパーありましたと普通に言われましたw
仕事が適当すぎるし~定期購読してる意味が無いw確認しなかったらぁ購入者限定特典ペーパー無かった事になってましたよね⁉︎ヤバいのは確認してない~他の人は特典ペーパーが無かった事になってる事実！

本を注文して連絡が無いので〜確認の電話をしたら普通に入荷してたww不安になったらこちらから要確認！しないと駄目です！

When I requested a subscription and a subscription receipt ~ A clerk who didn't know the subscription receipt explained here, but I didn't understand it ~ Please call the clerk in charge of this book again! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 漫画を月に20冊以上頻繁にレンタルしています。昔読んでいた漫画で何巻まで読んでいたか忘れてしまい少し中身をパラパラと確認していたら、すぐ店員が来て読むのは借りてからにしろと注意を受けました。
立ち読み禁止のため注意を受けるのはごもっともです。申し訳ありませんでした。
ですが、他にレンタルせずに立ち読みしていても注意をされない方がいるのは何故でしょう？
人をみて対応されてるのでしょうか？
また今後、この様なことがあった場合どうすればいいのでしょうか？
何巻まで見たか分からないため確認させて下さいと声をかけるべきですか？
長時間タダ読みしてる訳でも無いのにそれくらい融通をきかせてくれても、、、。
昔から利用させて頂いてますが従業員の方の接客態度やその他諸々、正直良いとは言えません。挨拶もない、態度が悪い、私語がうるさいなど。そして融通もきかず、、、。もう利用しません。客に目を光らせるのではなくまず自分達の勤務態度を見直して下さい。
