★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 体力低下や、体重増加で通ってますが、身体の状態や気になる部分など、トレーニング内容も充実していて、運動が苦手な私ですが楽しく続けられています。トレーニングした日は、体が軽く寝付きも良くなりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トレーナーさんが気さくでいつも楽しくトレーニングができ、自分にあったメニューで無理なく2年半続けられています。また、トレーニング後は、オアシスのマシンを使って自分でトレーニングも出来るのは他にはない環境だと思います。
The trainer is friendly and always enjoys training, and I have been able to continue for two and a half years without difficulty with the menu that suits me. Also, after training, I think that there is no other environment where you can train yourself using an oasis machine.
