It was a very kind response from explanation of repair process to estimate of fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車のカスタムでお世話になりました。今回のカスタムをお願いするにあたり、対応してくれそうな近所の車屋さんがなかったので、ネットで調べて今回初めて依頼しました。
土日祝日でも対応している車屋さんはありますが、年中無休で対応してくれる車屋さんは轟BODYさんが初めてで、とても驚きました。もちろん臨時休業はあるのでしょうが、お願いする身としてはとても助かります。
少人数で営業されているみたいですが、こちらとしては打ち合わせしてくれる方がそのまま作業をしてくれるので、細かい指示やニュアンスも伝わりやすくてありがたいです。
ただお借りした代車が喫煙者だったのは少し残念でした。
また何かカスタムする機会がありましたらご相談させていただきます。

It seems that it is operated by a small number of people, but as the person who makes arrangements will do the job as it is, thank you for being easy to communicate detailed instruction and nuance as well.
It was a bit disappointing that the substitute car I borrowed was a smoker.
If there is a chance to customize something again, I will consult.
