ガスの点検から給湯器の不備について申し出て、点検の方は本社の方でしたが支店への引継ぎもきちんとして下さいました。その際、引継ぎは誰々から連絡が来る旨も教えて下さったので知らない番号でも受けやすかったです。進捗状況を逐一報告してくれたから安心して待つ事出来ました。営業さんのお話では給湯器交換半日かかると伝えられましたけど時間ぴったりに来て下さった職人さんおひとりでしたがなんと1時間で終えられました。かなり前に家族がレモンガスでびっくりする位の嫌な応対をされたらしく、今回は私がやり取りをしまして、実は数年前の点検の際に同じ申告した時は1週間以内に連絡すると言ってましたがなにもありませんでした。前回と営業さんも違う方のようで、やはり対人なのでどなたに当たるかによって違うんだなと実感しました。今回は本社点検の方から秦野支店の営業の方も迅速で丁寧な対応をして下さってありがたかったです。
