昨年、建物を建て替えリニューアル。とてもキレイてす。
スタッフさんの愛想も良く、良いお店ですよ。
I always take care of it by trimming (sometimes at hotels).
Last year, the building was rebuilt and renewed. It's very beautiful.

でも、トリミングを数回頼みましたが、態度がそもそも良くなくて(無愛想で)心配してました。
ある日お伝えしていたカットの長さと違うからやり直して欲しいとお願いすると明らかに不機嫌に。お会計時も、笑顔もなく、ありがとうございましたなどの挨拶などは全く言われませんでした。お礼を言われたい訳ではありませんがそのような態度の方に生き物を扱われるのは怖いと思いました。
また次もお願いしましたが、今度は親指の爪の切り忘れ。うちのワンコに何かされたら嫌なので何も言わず引き取りました。たぶんもう二度とお願いしません。

It was obviously displeased when asked to start over because it was different from the length of the cut that I told you one day. At the time of check-in, there was no smile, no greetings such as thank you. I don't want to say thank you, but I thought it was scary to handle creatures with that kind of attitude.
I also asked the following, but this time I forgot to cut my nail. I picked it up without saying anything because I wouldn't like it if something was done by my dog. Maybe never again.
