★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2018年3月現在、公園部分をビーチバレーコートに工事中のため工事車両出入りあり、重機も動いています。展望台入れません。トイレは新しくなりました。(展望の下)
As of March 2018, the construction part of the park is under construction at the beach volleyball court, and construction vehicles are moving in and out, and heavy machinery is also moving. I can not see the observation deck. The toilet is new. (Under the perspective)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 後方に産廃置き場。風向きにより臭いがあります。大潮等の時は流れがあります。魚種は豊富です。地元の釣具屋さんで情報を仕入れると良いかも知れません。冬でもカサゴが釣れます。夜景は綺麗です。
Industrial waste storage site behind. There is a smell depending on the wind direction. There is a flow at times of high tide. Fish species are abundant. It may be good to purchase information at a local fishing tackle shop. You can catch scorpion even in winter. The night view is beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サクも 有り 子連れ でも 安心して 釣りが 楽しめますょ、 万が一 でも 救命具 が 所々に 有りました。
There is also crispness, so you can enjoy fishing with peace of mind even with children, and by any chance there were life-saving equipment in some places.

The night breeze was still nice. There were quite a few anglers. The night view of the factory in the distance has a nice atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 暖かい季節に来たらそれはもう楽しくて良さそうな感じの場所です。
風が吹き抜けて冬はむちゃ寒い……
展望台の裏にビーチバレー場や地下通路でラジオが鳴っていてゆるBGMです。
地下通路は階段で10階下り通路距離だいたい500mくらいで対岸の半田市まで行けますが、消失点が見えるぐらい何もなく真っ直ぐなので自転車で渡るか気合いがないと辛そう。
中頃の距離看板で諦めました……

The radio is ringing in the beach volleyball court and underground passage behind the observatory, and it is a loose BGM.
The underground passage is a staircase that goes down to the 10th floor, and you can reach Handa City on the opposite bank with a distance of about 500m.
