★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 銀行として終わってる。送金業務も、事務レベルが低いし、イレギュラー対応も基本は不在ばかりでまともに対応して貰えない。
メインバンクにするにはリスクが高い。特に事業で使うなら、最低限の利用に留めてないと、平気でインターネットバンキングが停止しても利用者に連絡しないなど、サブバンク扱いでもしとかないと危険過ぎて使えない。
 It's over as a bank. The remittance business has a low level of clerical work, and the basics of irregular support are simply absent, so they cannot be dealt with properly.
There is a high risk of making it a main bank. Especially when using it for business, if you do not use it to the minimum, it is too dangerous to use it unless you treat it as a subbank, such as not contacting the user even if Internet banking stops.
