買替えも検討していたので見積もりと査定をお願いしたら査定はすぐに金額提示されずその日にメールしますと言われたが2週間経ってもメールは届かず。その後担当営業から連絡がありその後買替えの検討はいかがですかと...
査定のメールが届いていない事を伝えると送ってなかったかなぁと悪びれるそぶりもない。
守れない約束ならしなけれいいのに...
なぜ査定にそんなに時間がかかるのかわかりませんが他のBMWディーラーではそんな事は無かったので経営が違うと同じBMWでも対応が違うのかとガッカリしました。
サービスの方の対応は良かったのでなお残念です...
 I was offered a new car when I received it for a flat tire repair.
I was also considering a replacement, so when I asked for a quote and assessment, I was told that the assessment would not be presented immediately and I would email it on that day, but I did not receive the email even after two weeks. After that, the sales representative contacted me and asked if I would consider replacing it with a new one ...
When I told him that the assessment email hadn't arrived, I wondered if he hadn't sent it.
I wish I had to make a promise that I couldn't keep ...
I don't know why the assessment takes so long, but other BMW dealers didn't do that, so I was disappointed that the same BMW would respond differently if the management was different.
It's a shame because the service was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪でした。二度とBMWでは車は買いません。
2018/1/3にi3自走不可＠名古屋港水族館でBMWのエマージェンシーに連絡したらここにしか入庫できないということでこちらに入庫しました。自宅まではタクシーと公共交通機関で帰りました。(100キロ弱)
最悪なのはここからで、
①2018/1/3にi3自走不可になり、1/8くらいには治ったそうです、でも陸送でも持ってくるのがどうしても1/17になるということでした。早くほしいなら交通費は払うから臨月の妻に取りに来いということでした。車ならたった1時間の距離なのに240時間近く待たされ、妊婦がいるのに車がない生活を強いられました。
②やっと帰ってきた車の左のミラーがぐらぐらしておりました。そうそうにクレームをいれたら、全国対応補償に入っているといるため無償対応ができるということでした。
1/28に1時間半くらいかけて修理に出しました。するとミラーに傷があるように見えるから無償修理はできない。10万円払えということでした。
修理に引き上げ前にはそんなことはなかった旨を話しても、またゼロという車両配送業者が配送前のチェックでミラーに傷がないことをチェックシートで確認しているのに関係ないの一点張り。
しかもその修理中に2時間程度に修理が終わるということだったのに、ほかの部分を修理中に壊し、当日乗って帰れなくなりました。
昨日になりますが、結局配送業者はミラーの修理費を負担しないという結論にいたったようで、10万円請求されております。断ったらワザワザ壊れたミラーに戻して今日持ってくるということでした。
本当にあり得ません、こんなので全国チェーンのディーラーなのでしょうか。よいのは待合室のチョコレートだけでした。
It was the worst. Never buy a car at BMW again.
I3 self-propelled on January 1, 2018. I contacted BMW Emergency at the Port of Nagoya Public Aquarium and entered here because it can only be entered here. I returned to my home by taxi and public transport. (Less than 100 kg)
The worst is from here,
(1) It became impossible for i3 self-propelled on Jan. 3, 2018, and he seemed to have healed by about 1/8. If you want it early, you'll pay for your transportation and come to your full-time wife. I was forced to wait 240 hours, just one hour away by car, and have to live without a car despite having a pregnant woman.
② At last, the left mirror of the car that came back was shaky. If you make a complaint that way, you can do it free of charge because you are in the nationwide compensation.
We took about an hour and a half to repair on 1/28. Then the mirror seems to be scratched and can't be repaired free of charge. It was 100,000 yen.
Even though I told you that it did not happen before the repair was raised, it is not related to the fact that zero vehicle delivery company confirms on the check sheet that the mirror is not damaged before delivery.
In addition, while the repair was to be completed in about two hours during the repair, other parts were broken during the repair, and I could not return on the day of the ride.
Yesterday, it seemed that the delivery company did not bear the mirror repair cost, and it was charged 100,000 yen. If he declined, he would return to the broken mirror and bring it today.
Really impossible, is this a national chain dealer? The only good thing was the chocolate in the waiting room.

I think that the reason why I have been indebted for such a long time is that the store manager, sales staff, service staff, and female staff are always enthusiastic and polite. If you have a problem, you can respond promptly and appropriately. Above all, the staff are warm and fill the showroom with a bright feeling. This shop is definitely recommended for those who are considering BMW.
