由	由美ねえ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜のイリュミネーションがとても綺麗でした。部屋の窓からの眺めも良かったです。設備は少々ふるいですが、清潔感もあり、露天風呂や大浴場の泉質は最高でした。 The night illumination was very beautiful. The view from the window of the room was also good. The facilities are a little sifted, but there is also a feeling of cleanliness, and the quality of the open-air baths and large communal baths was excellent.
小	小林麗子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、大雪の中はじめて、神鍋高原にあるブルーリッジホテルに宿泊しました。昔は何度もアップ神鍋に行ったのですが、最近はご無沙汰でした。平日ではありましたが、スキー場の利用客の方も多かったです。大雪だったため、フロントの方々のとても丁寧で親切な対応が素晴らしかったです。また夕食朝食のバイキングにもすごい満足しました。 The other day, I stayed at the Blue Ridge Hotel in Kaminabe Kogen for the first time in heavy snow. I used to go to UP Kannabe many times, but recently I haven't seen it. Although it was a weekday, there were many ski resort users. Due to the heavy snow, the very polite and kind response of the people at the front desk was wonderful. I was also very satisfied with the dinner and breakfast buffet.
マ	マクド鈴木 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ①飯は、いつもバイキングの際は、スクランブルエッグ等たまご料理を選ぶが、はっきり言って今まで食べてきたホテルのバイキングで1番マズかったです…… ②風呂は室内風呂も、大浴場も何故かお湯が出なかったです… ③窓口の人にシャトルバスの停留場所や朝食の事等を聞くも『……だと思います………だと思います』って、あんたのホテルのシャトルバスや朝食やで!?なんではっきり言われへんの??って感じでした。（笑） ④でも、立地は、スキー場の近くで申し分ないです。 ① For rice, I always choose egg dishes such as scrambled eggs when I have a buffet, but to be clear, it was the worst buffet I had ever eaten at a hotel ... (2) For some reason, neither the indoor bath nor the large public bath had hot water ... ③ When I asked the person at the counter about the shuttle bus stop and breakfast, he said, "... I think ... I think ..." at your hotel's shuttle bus or breakfast !? I wasn't told ?? (Lol) ④ But the location is perfect near the ski resort.

v	vOxOv Lol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked this hotel online by looking at its photo of the room. It looks okay. So I booked it, even the price was not cheap, costed $USD 255 per night ( not included breakfast and dinner) I regretted so much. When we checked in. Cos the facility and service was bad. Staff could not speak and understand English well. And the air conditioning of the room was strange. It was 7 degree Celsius outdoor on that night. The room temperature was sometimes low, and sometimes was super hot when we fell asleep. It made our sleeping quality very bad. There were 2 restaurants in the hotel, one was closed at 19:00 sth already. I could only have a buffet dinner in lobby restaurant which totally disappointed me with very limited choices, all the food were cold, only tempera was freshly made. The taste of the food was not good?. But it was expensive, I paid $USD45 per head. It was an disaster for me in this trip. I was hungry and could not sleep well there.
D	Desmond Sukotjo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious room. Several vending machines around the hotel. Ski and snowboard gear rental and transport to the ski trail. A real nice hotel if you are planning on going skiing and or snowboarding. However checking first if the ski area open is highly recommended. When I went there, there was only one ski area that was opened, that was even a man-made snow.
