初めて行かせていただきました! カウンターで料理も見れるし、苦手なものや好きなものを聞いてくれてオススメコースで出してくれました。 料理もすごく美味しかったです☺️☺️ 雰囲気もとってもいいので、デートにぴったり!

恵比寿駅から5分ぐらいにあります。 おしゃれなカウンターイタリアン カジュアルな感じだけど騒がしくない。 大人のデートに使えます。 グラスワインがめちゃくちゃ豊富だから、 お料理に合わせたペアリングがオススメ。 好みを言えば出してくれます。 お料理は8000円コース。 なかなか独走的で工夫あるお料理で かなり美味しかった。 ウニのパスタ絶品でした。 また再訪したいな。

雰囲気やホスピタリティ、料理。どれをとってもとても素晴らしいイタリアンのお店でした。 特に生ウニのリングイネは絶品でした。硬めのアルデンテのパスタの噛み心地がとても良く、ウニの濃厚な香りが鼻から抜ける最高の味。 それぞれのプレートはそこそこボリュームあるので、お腹すかしていくと良いかも。 オープンキッチンなので、料理をしている皆さんの姿を見るのも楽しく、エンターテイメント性を感じながら食事ができたのも良かった。
Atmosphere, hospitality and food. It was a very nice Italian restaurant. Especially the raw sea urchin linguine was excellent. The hard al dente pasta is very chewy, and the rich aroma of sea urchin is the best taste that comes out of your nose. Each plate has a decent volume, so it might be a good idea to get hungry. It's an open kitchen, so it's fun to see everyone cooking, and it's good to be able to eat while feeling entertainment.

友人とのクリスマスディナーで訪問しました。 恵比寿駅から徒歩5分くらいのところにあるイタリアンです。 素敵なシェフとお話し上手なソムリエさん、かわいいスタッフさんのいる活気あふれるお店です。 今回いただいたのはクリスマス限定のコースでしたが、普段のBLUさんのこだわりが随所に見られるとても素敵なコースでした。 BLUさんは魚介のお料理が特に美味しくて、コースで出てきた海老も鰤もとても美味しくいただきました。 また、パスタにはたっぷりのトリュフがかかっていて濃厚なお味、メインのフォアグラのロッシーニ風もフォアグラがカツレツになっている珍しいロッシーニでしたが、逆にさっぱりしていて食べやすかったです! 合わせていただいたワインもお料理にとてもあっていて素敵な一夜を過ごすことができました。 I visited for Christmas dinner with a friend. Excellent food, friendly service, and great atmosphere. My foodie friends and I loved the course menu here! The portion was more than enough, too. Highly recommend.
