★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really friendly staff - we don't speak a lot of Japanese, and the staff weren't very confident with English, but both my wife and I had our hair cut there and they cut our hair perfectly. We didn't make an appointment either - just walked in and they were only too happy to help. A really good price too for the cut. Thank you lovely people at Bliss!!
