しかもその動きを初心者の方にも 経験ある方にも わかりやすく教えていただけます?
教室は少人数制で生徒さん同士も もちろん派閥などなく20代から70代の方まで皆さん楽しんでご自身の身体を磨いておられます✨
リーズナブルな金額でチケット制なので通いやすいです✨ なにより先生が?超良い方です

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 色々ヨガをやりましたが、こちらではピラテスとヨガを融合したもので私にはぴったり合いました。体感も出ています。アロマやヒーリング系？ミュージックも心地良く、素晴らしい時間を過ごす事ができます。

今まで自分に合った場所を探して7年目にしてやっとステキなレッスン場所に出会えました。
初めは自分にはハードすぎるのではと思いましたが、レッスンが終わる頃、本当に来て良かったと思います。参加されているメンバーもとても優しい雰囲気で癒されます。
あとどれくらい続けられるかは分かりませんが、幾つになっても人間は進化するものだと思います。
この場所に出会えた事が幸せだと思います。あと2年で私は70歳になりますがとても楽しみにしています。

It's been 10 months since I went to breath yoga.
I have been searching for a place that suits me so far, and in the 7th year I finally came across a wonderful lesson place.
At first I thought it was too hard for me, but by the end of the lesson, I'm really glad I came. The participating members are also healed in a very gentle atmosphere.
I don't know how long it will last, but I think humans will evolve no matter how many times.
I am happy to have met this place. I will be 70 in two years and I am very much looking forward to it.

こちらのスタジオには初めて参加しましたが、とても開放感があって素敵なスタジオでした。
通い始めて数年になりますが、体脂肪率も減って肩こりも楽になり以前よりも若返ったと友達にも褒められます。
生徒目線のわかりやすい解説と丁寧な指導で日々身体が変わるのが楽しいです。
