★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高級クリーニングとホームページを拝見して大事な服をお願いしにお伺いしましたが受付の方の対応が悪く本当にこちらに預けていいのかととても不安な気持ちになりました。具体的には挨拶がない、クリーニングのプランが何通りかあるはずなのに何も説明もない、汚れについては特にヒアリング無しで不安に思いこちらが説明したところあまり聞いていただけない上に何度も汚れは落とせるかわかりませんと一方的に言われるなど…主観ですが他のチェーンのクリーニング屋さんにお願いしたときの方がよっぽど良く対応してくださりました。クリーニングの質は特段良いか悪いか分かりませんが今回の受付の方がいらっしゃる限りはもう利用するつもりはありません。一般的なクリーニング屋さんであればこんなものかと思いなんとも感じなかったとは思いますが高級を謳っていてこのクオリティ、大事な服を預けようとは考えられない印象だったため上記の評価にしました。

There is no specific greeting, there should be several cleaning plans, but there is no explanation, I was worried about dirt without hearing, and when I explained it, I could not hear much and it was dirty many times I was unilaterally told that I didn't know if I could drop it ... It's subjective, but when I asked a dry cleaner from another chain, he responded much better. I don't know if the quality of the cleaning is particularly good or bad, but as long as the receptionist this time is there, I will not use it anymore. I don't think a general dry cleaner would have thought it would be like this, but I had the impression that it was of high quality and I couldn't think of leaving important clothes, so I gave it the above evaluation.
