大阪から六甲山に出向いていたのですが、ATなのに山道で突然エンスト。念の為にとトヨタさんの店を数件回りましたが、予約がないとなかなか入れず。もうダメかと諦めかけていた時、こちらのお店に電話をかけると飛び入りにも拘わらず、「すぐに見させていただきます！」と。本当に嬉しかったです。簡単な検査を行っていただき、とりわけ急を要する故障はないとの事。しかしながら、完璧に原因を突き止められた訳では無いのでお代は結構です。と…。なんとお礼して良いのやら、とにかく頭が上がりません。私が兵庫の人間ならずっとお世話になりたいと思うお店です。
あの節はどうもありがとうございました。

I was traveling to Mt. Rokko from Osaka, but suddenly stalled on a mountain road even though it was an AT. I went around several Toyota stores just in case, but I couldn't get in without a reservation. When I was about to give up, I called this shop and said, "I'll see you right away!" I was really happy. A simple inspection was carried out, and there were no particularly urgent failures. However, the cause has not been completely identified, so the cost is fine. When…. I can't help but thank you so much. If I am a person from Hyogo, I would like to take care of this shop for a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 周りにトヨタ系列のディーラーがありますが、水曜日でほとんどが休業の中、たまたま寄ったディーラーでしたが、縁あって契約させていただきました。店長はじめ非常に親切で今後もお世話になりたいと思ったお店でした。
