★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 悪くはないと思うんだけど、もうひとつ特色を出さないと苦しいか。グラスビール700円、ハウスワイン600円も水戸としては強気な設定かと。一人で切り盛りしているのでオペレーションもいっぱい感があるのも課題に思う。フレンチビストロという割にはフォアグラや鴨なんかが無いのもどうかと。カレーやパスタはあるみたいだけど。コンセプトが絞りきれてない感じの店。
I don't think it's bad, but I think it's a pain if I don't show another feature. Glass beer 700 yen and house wine 600 yen are also bullish settings for Mito. 相変わらず見た目も味も楽しめる。
美味しい料理がでてくる。
白エビとカラスミのパスタ美味しかったな。ハンバーグソースが美味しくてあ〜また食べたい！鯛のカルパッチョも美味しかった。
ワインも美味しい?
店が小さくなった分混んだら入れないので、教えたくないお店になった。
予約して行った方が良いと思います。

以前 勝田駅近くで、マルケンに通っていましたが、そちらのオーナーさんが、こちらに引っ越されたそうです。
老舗のオオツで修行をされてきた方だけに美味しいですね。 お店もこじんまりしていますが、雰囲気が良く、手際のいいマスターが1人で切り盛りしています。
Aランチを頂きました。
前菜の盛り合わせがなかなか凝っていて、嬉しかったです。 レバーのパテも美味しかったし、チーズも水牛のモッツァレラとお話ししていたように思います。 自分の手作りじゃ出来ないようなものが、色々食べれるのが、良かったです。
お店は、すぐにいっぱいになってしまい、
何人か断られていました。
