ハンバーグを注文しましたが、切った瞬間肉汁がジュワァっと出てきて口の中に早く入れたくなります。
店長が一人で切り盛りされていますが、無駄の無い動きと気配りで空間の中の黒子にてっしていてくれています。
これを気になると言う人は、命の母を飲む事を勧めます。
ハンバーグがまた食べたい！

専用の駐車場は無いので、近くの有料駐車場に停めるしか無いと思われます。
カウンターが、確か8席と、テーブル4人席が１つ、あとは、テーブル2人席が１つでした。
名物のハンバーグのコースを選んだんですが、野菜のスープは、野菜の味とコンソメがとても馴染んで美味しかったです。
サラダは、カブが薄く切ってあって、少し甘みもあってあっという間に食べちゃいました。
そして、メインのハンバーグは、肉汁がとじこめてある分、ナイフを入れるたびに、肉汁が溢れでてきます！
ボリューミーだし、大満足でした。
