宇和島では珍しいパンビュッフェは嬉しい‼️
トースターが一つなので、他の方と一緒になると気まずい。二つは欲しいかな。
お料理はハンバーグランチにしました。ナイフ入れた瞬間肉汁が溢れました‼️
お店の雰囲気はとてもいいのに、スタッフが普通のエプロンに三角巾でミスマッチ。
お店の雰囲気に合わせたユニホームの方が
よりビストロ感が出るかも。

店名はイタリア語の「リストランテエビス」からフランス語の「ビストロエビス」に改名。トレードマークのえびす様は変更なし。
メニューは大きな変化はなし。店名変更とは裏腹にパスタもピザも健在でイタリアンという位置づけは代わっていないようです。
店舗は２階にあり、入り口からは店の様子がわからないので少し入りづらいかもしれませんがご安心ください、店内は明るく、かつ落ち着いた雰囲気で食事ができるスペースとなっています。
ビアホールとレストランの中間といった雰囲気です。1階の和日輔の旧宴会場を改装した店舗ですので、広さは十分。
若者の上品な飲み会、女子会、デートなどで利用されるといいと思います。
日替わり？週替わり？月替わり？・・「シェフお勧めのサラダ」今時期は秋の野菜を使ったサラダでしたが、温野菜で美味しかったなぁ・・。
料理と雰囲気を含めて評価すれば、コスパは良いと思います。
