杉	杉野浩三 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このエリアではおそらく数少ないと思われますが、ジビエを食べられるビストロです。日帰り出張のためランチにて訪問。ジビエ食べたかったですが、一人平日ランチなのでさすがにプレートランチにしました… プレートは野菜がたっぷりで、肉も魚も楽しめて満足度高い◎ コーヒーも付いてこれで1,000円!! 個人的にはサーモンがめちゃくちゃ美味しくて、オーナーさんに伺ったところ自家製の調理法で甘く仕上げていらっしゃる逸品のようでした！店内は雰囲気が良くて、また心地いいBGMが平日ということを忘れさせてくれ、ジビエ扱ってるから敷居が高かったりは全くなくて、むしろ入りやすい雰囲気です。お祝いだったり、夜も楽しめるお店なんじゃないかな〜 Probably one of the few in this area, it is a bistro where you can eat game.
