私の説明が伝わっていないなぁ…と『わからないですか？』と聞いたら
『ちょっと言ってる意味が分からないんですけど』って言われた。
接客のプロだったらこんな事お客様を前に口に出さないと思う。
わからなかったら『もう一度詳しくよろしいですか？』と言ってる意味がわからなくても理解しようとする姿勢を見せるべき。
失礼な人だった。
