「商品には触れて頂けませんが、
ご試着はして頂けます。」と案内されました。
コロナなのでそこは仕方ありませんが、
その後、なんの対応もありませんでした。
他のお客様の対応をされていたので、
仕方ないのかもしれませんが、
せめて、この後案内しますの一言が
あっても良いのではないでしょうか。
それどころか、子供を追って店を出た間に
私より後に入られた方の接客をされていましたが、フォローはなし。
子連れの為いつまでも待てず、
結局、商品を見るだけで試着する事も出来ずに店を後にしました。
二度と行きません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1人1人に丁寧に接客してくれます。なので、混雑してる時は対応できなさそうです。でも、後からもう一度来店したら、同じようにとても丁寧に対応してくれて、一緒に比較検討してもらい、一番良い一足を選ぶことができました。革靴ですが、さすがのビリケンシュトックなので、履き心地が良くて満足です。
Each customer is treated carefully. So, when it's crowded, I can't handle it. However, when I came back to the store again later, they treated me very politely as well, asked me to compare and review them, and I was able to choose the best pair. It is a leather shoe, but since it is truly a Billiken Stock, it is comfortable and satisfactory.
